We want you to love your handmade ceramics. You may return items within 30 days.
The 30-day window starts on the day your handcrafted pottery arrives at your delivery address.
To start a return, please reach out to our Clay Heart studio team with your order details.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned stoneware back in our studio. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your ceramics meet these terms:
Items were bought within 30 days
Pottery is unused in original box
Non-returnable items include:
Custom made or bespoke hand-thrown pottery pieces.
Gift cards and downloadable studio guides.
Items damaged through misuse or normal wear after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these studio conditions.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send carefully packed stoneware to:

As pottery is fragile, please wrap items securely. We recommend trackable shipping. We cannot issue refunds for items broken or lost in transit.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a studio gift store credit once the returned pottery arrives.
Otherwise, refunds will be issued directly to the original buyer's payment account.
